EEG for Beginners | Session 2: Gain, calibration, filters, impedance, and the fundamentals...

Friday May 24th, 2024 | 9:00 - 10:00am PST

with Dr. Tiff Thompson, PhD, QEEG-D, R.EEG.T, BCN, MFT

Recordings are available after each course

Join Dr. Tiff Thompson for the second class in the EEG for Beginner's Course.

This course will delve into the fundamentals of recording EEGs and how to use the features found within the recording software.

Impedance-checking and ensuring your unit is calibrated properly is a very important first step for any recording and can determine how clean your recording turns out. If there is still noise in the recording, they can sometimes be filtered out by turning on or off certain filters.

We invite EEG case submissions, as they make the course fun and will be some off-the-cuff work and interpretation, bit by bit.

We invite you to submit your cases to: [email protected].

$50.00 USD or more

We recommend registering for the Spring Case Studies for Beginner's course if you are interested in seeing how this education is being applied to clinical cases.
