The series "What to Use, When" continues with various noise stimulations: pink noise (tAPNS), brown noise (tABNS), and random noise (tRNS). Learn about the creation and clinical use of noise frequencies. Noise is something the brain cannot mimic, and as such, was originally used a dehabituator to break up stubborn complexes in the brain. After seen it being used in a clinical setting, the understanding of noise frequencies has expanded to being able to heal and calm the brain as well.
